Ordering from a small, made to order shop can feel a little different than ordering off a shelf. Here's what you need to know, and if your question isn't here, just reach out.

What size are your charms?
Charms come in three sizes: Giant (about 3"), Mini (about 2.4"), and Smallest (about 1"). Exact size can vary a bit depending on the design.
What size are your sashes?
Standard length is 60", though sashes can be made in any size. To measure, go from the top of one shoulder across the body to the opposite hip, wherever you want the sash to sit.
What size are your banners?
Each banner is approximately 60" long and comes with several feet of extra string for hanging.
What size are your leis?
Leis can be made in any size, from young child (pre-k) through adult and plus sizes. Looking for something outside that range? Contact us and we'll work it out.
What are your pieces made from?
Letter beads and charms are 3D printed. Full color charms are UV printed, and the color beads are a soft plastic.
Can I customize my order?
Most pieces can be personalized with your own text, colors, or charms, the Charm Bar was built for exactly that. Looking for something not in our shop? Contact us and we can design something with you.
Can I request a custom charm design?
Yes. Send us your idea and we'll work with you to bring it to life.
Can you match colors to my event or theme?
Yes, just let us know your color palette or theme when you order and we'll match it as closely as we can.
Are your pieces safe for kids?
Everything is sized big on purpose, closer to a ball pit ball than a tiny bead, so swallowing a piece isn't the main concern. The string is what matters here: not recommended for kids under 3, and adult supervision is a good idea for younger children in general.
Orders, Production & Shipping
Where's my confirmation email?
It's sent automatically the second you check out. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder first. Still missing? Reach out and we'll sort it out.
How long does production take?
Every piece is made to order. Plan on 7 to 10 business days before it ships. Peak seasons like the holidays and graduation season can push that a little longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship all over the world. Rates and timeframes show up at checkout based on where you're headed.
What are my shipping options?
Domestic ground shipping is free, sent through USPS or UPS. Need it faster? Upgrade at checkout to UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day Air, or USPS Priority (1 to 3 days).
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. You can also check status anytime from your account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already started and we're not able to make changes.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, though a 20% restocking fee applies.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Bulk pricing and order breakpoints vary by product, so reach out and we'll put together a quote for you.
Can I get a proof before my order is made?
Yes, just ask and we'll send one over for approval before we start.
Can I see color options before I order?
Yes, each product page has photos of the available colors. If you'd like help picking, reach out and we'll walk you through it.
Can I request a rush order?
We'll always try. Rush orders depend on current availability, so reach out before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Every package is insured. If tracking shows it lost or stolen, we'll file a claim and get a new order sent your way.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout, and add a note in the order instructions if you'd like us to include a message.
