Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is free. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations
Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us at christin@heypartay.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already started and we're unable to make changes.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at christin@heypartay.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with our standard policy, items must be returned in the condition you received them, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
